Product Description：
JD series powder coatings are mainly made of high-performance weathering polyester resin, suitable for outdoor construction, transportation facilities, automotive accessories and other areas with high weathering requirements. Also be used to indoor equipment for protect and decorate effect.

Substrate & Preparation:
Substrate:
1- Aluminum profile and aluminum sheet.
2- Metal or galvanized metal sheet.
Preparation: To achieve the best performance of the JD family, it must be pretreatment according to the construction guidelines. The substrate shall be pretreated according to the standard of ISO 1514 or GB / T9271. GB /T92172, phosphate should be used. If the powder is used in a high preservative environment of C4 or above (rated at ISO12944), it can be used with a special preservative primer.
Curing Condition:
Can be used for infrared, gas, thermal convection drying path, oven and other curing methods.
If a gas oven is used, the by-products of combustion will change the color of the film.
Recommended curing conditions: object temperature/time 200-210°C/10-15 min
Operating guide:
Please do not mix this product with other goods,
The substrate must be pretreated properly.
Painting method: manual or automatic electrostatic spraying.
The thickness of the film should be determined according to the geometry and requirements of the coated object.
Storage :
Store in a cool place (below 35 °C), dry warehouse or places, avoid direct sunlight, away from fire and heat.The storage life is 12 months since the date of production.For products with gloss less than 70%, the storage life is 6 months at 30 °C.
Safety Precautions:
All dusts are irritants for respiratory diseases. Therefore, inhalation of dusts or vapors generated by processing should be avoided. Measures should be taken to prevent skin contact, but should contact occur, wash the skin with soap and water. If eye contact occurs, rinse with water immediately and seek medical advice. Dusts and powders should not be accumulated on rock surfaces and rocks. Any dust clouds of fragmented organic matter can be ignited with an electric spark or open flame. All equipment should be electrically grounded to prevent accumulation of static electricity.
