Product Description:
The RE series powder coating is mainly made of weather-resistant polyester resin with TGIC resistance, which is suitable for coating metal objects/workpiece in general industrial fields.
Appearance and Packaging:
Appearance: Smooth surface (various gloss ranges), matte, hammer effect
Colours: As customers' requirements.
Packaging: 20KG per box. Double PE packaging.

Substrate and Preparation:
Substrate: Aluminum profiles and aluminum sheets, metal or galvanised metal sheets.
Preparation: The substrate should be pretreated according to GB/T9271 or ISO 1514. Phosphates should also be used, except for GB/T92172. If the product is used in a high corrosion protection environment of C4 or above (ISO12944), it can be used with special anti-corrosion primers.
Curing Conditions:
Can be cured using infrared, gas, thermal convection drying paths, or ovens.
If a gas oven is used, the by-products of combustion may change the color of the film.
Recommended curing conditions: Object temperature/time 200-210℃/10-15 min.
Instructions:
Do not mix this powders with others.
Proper pre-treatment of the substrate need be done before using the powder.
Can be applied by manual or automatic electrostatic spraying.
The film thickness should be determined based on the geometry and requirements of the coated object. When the film thickness is less than 60 μm, its performance should be evaluated.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (35 ℃), dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight, fire, and heat.
The storage life is 12 months from the date of production.
For products with a glossiness below 70%, the storage life at 30 ℃ is 6 months.

Safety Precautions:
All dust is a irritant to the respiratory system. Therefore, it is important to avoid inhaling dust or steam generated during transportation. Please take measures to prevent skin contact, but if contact occurs, wash the skin with soap and water. If in contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention. Dust and powder should not accumulate on surfaces and rocks. Any segmented organic dust cloud can be ignited by sparks or open flames. All equipment should be grounded to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
