Curing Conditions:
It can be cured using infrared, gas, thermal convection drying, oven, and other methods.
If a gas oven is used, the combustion by-products may alter the film's color.
Recommended curing conditions: temperature / time of 210℃ / 15-20min
Instructions:
Do not mixed this product with others.
The substrate must be properly treated before applying the powder.
Manual or automatic electrostatic spraying can be used.
The film thickness should be determined based on the object's shape and requirements. Evaluate its performance when the film thickness is below 60 μm.
Storage:
Store in a cool (25℃), dry warehouse to avoid direct sunlight and stay away from fire and heat sources. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
Safety Precaution:
All the dust is an irritant to respiratory disease. Therefore, the dust or steam generated from the inhalation treatment should be avoided. Take measures to prevent skin contact, but contact should occur and wash the skin with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention. Dust and powder shall not be accumulated on the surface and rock of rock. Any dust cloud of segmented organic matter can be ignited with an electric spark or an open flame. All equipment shall be electrically grounded to prevent static build-up.
