Product Description：
The JE series powder coatings is primarily made up of high-performance weather-resistant polyester resin without TGIC. It is suitable for outdoor construction, transportation facilities, and automotive parts that require excellent weather resistance. It can be also used to protect and decorate indoor equipment.

Substrate & Preparation:
Substrate: Metal or galvanised metal, aluminum profile and aluminum, .
Preparation: To obtain the best performance of JE series powder coatings, it must be pretreatment according to the construction guidelines. The substrate shall be pretreated. In addition, phosphate should be used. If the product is used in a high-corrosion protection environment, it should be used with a special preservative primer.
Curing Condition:
Infrared, gas, thermal convection drying path, oven or other curing methods.
Recommended Curing: object temperature / time 180-200℃ / 10-15min.
Instruction
To be mixed this powder with others is not allowed.
The substrate needs to be pretreatment.
Spraying: Manual or automatic electrostatic .
The film thickness shall be determined according to the geometry and requirements of the coated substrate, and its performance shall be evaluated when the film thickness is less than 60 μ m.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (under 35℃), dry warehouse, keep away from direct sunlight, fire, and heat sources.
Storage life: 12 months from the date of production.
For products with a glossiness below 70%, the storage life at 30℃ is 6 months.
Safety Precaution:
Avoid inhaling dust or steam generated during processing. Because all dust is a irritant to respiratory diseases. Take measures to prevent skin contact. If contact occurs, wash the skin with soap and water. If there is eye contact, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention. Any segmented organic matter dust cloud can be ignited by electric sparks or open flames. All equipment should be electrically grounded to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
