Product Description:
Anti-graffiti powder coatings are a high-performance solution for both indoor and outdoor applications. These coatings are made from a combination of hydroxy polyester resin and isocyanate, providing excellent resistance against graffiti and pollution. Not only do they offer protection, but they also enhance the aesthetic appeal of any surface they are applied to.
Appearance & Package:
The smooth surface of these coatings gives a glossy finish, and the color can be customized according to
customers' preferences.
Each carton contains 20KG of the product, securely packaged with double PE-bag.
Physical Parameters:
With a specific gravity ranging from 1.2 to 1.7, the particle size of the coating is less than 160μm, meeting the specific requirements of customers. The dry flow ability of the coating is between 120 and 160, ensuring ease of application.
Substrate & Preparation:
These coatings are suitable for various substrates such as aluminum profiles, steel, galvanized steel plates, and other metal surfaces.
Prior to application, the substrates should be pretreated according to GB / T9271 or ISO 1514 standards. Additionally, a special preservative primer can be used in high-corrosion protection environments.
Curing Condition:
Curing the coating can be done using gas, thermal convection drying path, oven, or other methods.
However, when using a gas oven, it is important to note that the combustion by-product may alter the color of the film.
The recommended curing conditions are an object temperature of 200-210℃ for 15-20 minutes.
Instruction:
To ensure optimal results, it is advised not to mix this product with others.
Proper pretreatment of the substrate is crucial before applying the powder.
Manual or automatic electrostatic spraying methods can be used for application.
The film thickness should be determined based on the geometry and requirements of the coated object, and its performance should be evaluated when the film thickness is less than 60μm.
It is also important to thoroughly clean the line before applying the powder to avoid any negative impact on the coating appearance.
Storage:
When storing the product, it should be kept in a cool and dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight, fire sources, and heat sources. The storage life is 6 months from the date of production. For products with less than 70% gloss, the service life is 25℃, and the storage life remains 6 months.
Safety Precaution:
Safety precautions must be taken when handling the product. The dust produced by the coating is a respiratory irritant, so inhalation should be avoided. Skin contact should also be prevented, but if it occurs, the skin should be washed with soap and water. In case of eye contact, immediate rinsing with water and seeking medical attention is necessary. Dust and powder should not accumulate on surfaces or rocks, as they can be ignited by an electric spark or an open flame. All equipment should be electrically grounded to prevent static build-up.
