Product Description:
The XE series of powder coatings are primarily composed of epoxy resin and a compatible curing agent. These products possess exceptional resistance to corrosion, flexibility, and insulation. They are ideal for use on indoor metal items, electronic components, pipelines, valves, and rebar that require high levels of anticorrosion protection. Additionally, they can be used as a primer in a double-layer system.
Appearance & Packaging:
Appearance options include a smooth surface with various levels of gloss, as well as sanding and a hammered effect.
Color: Customizable based on customer preferences.
Packaging: Each carton contains 20KG of powder coating. The carton box is double-layered with a PE-bag.
Physical Parameters:
Specific gravity: 1.2-1.7（it is depending on the gloss and color）
Particle size: 100%＜160μm, according to customers'requirement.
Dry flow ability: 120-160
Substrate & Preparation:
1- Suitable for protecting and enhancing the appearance of indoor facilities, such as metal or galvanized metal plates (pipes), copper, cast iron, and other metal substrates (for more information, please contact us).
2- For plates, it is recommended to degrease, pickle, and acidify the surface.
3- For pipes, valves, and reinforcement, it is recommended to prepare the surface according to Sa 2.5 (Swedish Standard) with a profile ranging from 50 μm to 112 μm.
Curing Process:
This curing method can be applied in infrared, gas, thermal convection drying, and oven processes.
If a gas oven is utilized, the film's color may be altered due to the by-products of combustion.
We recommend the following curing conditions: maintain an object temperature of 180-200℃ for 10-15 minutes.
If preheating is necessary, please provide detailed information about the product.
Guidelines:
Please avoid mixing this product with any other substances.
Before use, ensure that the substrate is properly treated.
Various methods such as fluidized bed, vacuum suction, roller coating, manual or automatic static gun can be employed for application.
The thickness of the film should be determined based on the shape and requirements of the coated object. Evaluate its performance when the film thickness is below 60 μm.
Storage:
Keep this product in a cool (30℃), dry warehouse to protect it from direct sunlight, fire, and heat sources. The recommended storage period is 6 months from the production date. Special products have a storage life of 3 months at 25℃.

Safety Precaution:
All the dust is an irritant to respiratory disease. Therefore, the dust or steam generated from the inhalation treatment should be avoided. Take measures to prevent skin contact, but contact should occur and wash the skin with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical attention. Dust and powder shall not be accumulated on the surface and rock of rock. Any dust cloud of segmented organic matter can be ignited with an electric spark or an open flame. All equipment shall be electrically grounded to prevent static build-up.
