Product Description：
XP series powder coatings mainly used high-performance epoxy resin and polyester as materials, that can be used in indoor applications, with excellent leveling, decoration, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Appearance & Package:
Appearance effects: smooth (all kinds of gloss % range), sanding, hammer effect
Colour: RAL colors or customized.
Packing: 20KG per carton box. Carton box with double PE-bag.

Specific gravity: 1.2-1.7（it is depending on the gloss and colour）
Particle size: 100%＜160μm，according to customers’ requirement

Substrate & Preparation:
Substrate:
Aluminum profile and aluminum sheet. Steel or galvanized steel sheet.
Preparation: Substrates shall be pretreated. In addition to GB / T92172, phosphate should be used. If the product is used in a high-corrosion protection environment of C4 or above (rated at ISO12944), it can be used with a special preservative primer.
Curing Condition:
Gas, thermal convection drying path, oven, infrared and other curing methods. You can choose accoring to your actual situation.
Recommended curing conditions: 180-190℃ / 10-15 minutes
Instruction:
Mixed use with other products is not allowed.
The substrate must be properly pre-treated accoring the actual situation before applying the powder.
Manual or automatic electrostatic spraying can be used.
The film thickness shall be determined according to the geometry and requirements of the coated object.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (below 35℃), dry warehouse or places, to prevent direct sunlight, and stay away from fire source and heat source. Generally, Storage life is 12 months from the date of production. For products with less than 70% gloss, the storage life is 6 months at 30℃.
Safety Precaution:
All dust is a respiratory irritant, so avoid inhaling any dust or vapor from treatments. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and seek medical attention. Do not allow dust or powder to accumulate on surfaces or rocks as it can ignite with an electric spark or open flame. Ensure all equipment is grounded to prevent static build-up.
