Product Description:
The antibacterial powder coatings consist of harmless inorganic antibacterial agents that are safe for humans. These coatings have excellent antibacterial properties, are safe to use, and provide long-lasting effectiveness. They can be applied to various items such as home appliances, office supplies, outdoor entertainment facilities, kitchen appliances, and medical equipment. Extensive testing has shown that they effectively inhibit the growth of various bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Aspergillus, Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium, and Aspergillus.
Appearance & Package:
The coatings offer different appearance effects, including a smooth surface with various levels of gloss, sanding, and a hammer effect. The color of the coatings can be customized according to the customers' requirements. Each carton contains 20KG of the product and is packed with a double PE-bag for added protection.
Physical Parameters:
Specific gravity: The specific gravity ranges from 1.2 to 1.7, depending on the desired gloss and color.
Particle size: The particle size is always less than 160μm, and can be adjusted to meet the customers' specifications.
Dry flow ability: The dry flow ability is between 120 and 160.
Substrate & Preparation:
The coatings can be applied to various substrates, including aluminum profiles and sheets, as well as metal or galvanized metal sheets. They can also be used to protect and enhance the appearance of indoor equipment.
Preparation: In order to achieve optimal performance from the AM line of products, it is necessary to treat the surface as per the construction guidelines. The surface should be treated in accordance with the GB / T 9271 or ISO 1514 standards. In addition to GB / T 9271, phosphates can also be used. If the product is being used in a highly corrosive environment rated as C4 or above (according to ISO12944), a specific primer for corrosion protection can be used.
Curing Conditions:
• Various curing methods such as infrared, gas, thermal convection drying, and oven can be used.
• If a gas oven is used, the combustion by-products may alter the color of the film.
• Recommended curing conditions: temperature/time of 200℃/10-15min.
Instructions:
• Do not mix this product with any other products.
• The surface must be properly treated before applying the powder.
• Manual or automatic electrostatic spraying can be used.
• The thickness of the film should be determined based on the shape and requirements of the object being coated, and its performance should be evaluated when the film thickness is less than 60 μm.
Storage:
Store in a cool place with the highest temperature of 30℃, and the warehouse is ventilated and dry to prevent direct sunlight, keep away from fire source and heat source. The effective storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Products with less than 70% gloss, 30℃ are stored for 6 months.

Safety Precaution:
All of the dust is a respiratory irritant. Therefore, dust or vapor produced by inhalation treatments should be avoided. Take measures to prevent skin contact, but contact should occur and wash the skin with soap and water. In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with water and seek medical attention. Dust and powder shall not accumulate on the surface or on the rock. The dust cloud of any segmented organic matter can be ignited with an electric spark or an open flame. All equipment shall be electrically grounded to prevent static build-up.
